Yes, we support OEM/ODM manufacturing. We also accommodate small orders and stock items with MOQs starting as low as 1 piece, including custom logo application. Our in-house designers can also help translate your concept into design drafts.
Q3 What is your sample policy and turnaround time?
We provide pre-production samples to verify quality and fit before bulk manufacturing. Samples are delivered within 2 to 7 days after payment, and sample fees may be refunded on qualified bulk orders.
Q4 What is the standard production cycle and lead time?
Ready-to-ship products require 3-7 days. For custom orders under 200 pieces, production starts from 15 days depending on design complexity; orders exceeding 200 pieces will receive a tailored timeline from our sales team.
Q5 How is product quality controlled during bulk manufacturing?
We adhere to a 360° QA quality management system throughout cutting, sewing, and final packaging. In the rare case of an issue, our sales and quality management staff provide prompt resolution and support.
