02 Technical & Commercial Data Collected
In operating a factory-direct apparel manufacturing business for international brands, clubs, and retailers, we process information necessary to quote, engineer, sample, and produce bulk garments:
- Buyer Contact Credentials: Name, professional corporate email, phone/WhatsApp number, company legal name, and shipping country.
- Apparel Manufacturing Specifications: Technical packs (tech packs), 2D/3D mockups, vector artwork (AI, PDF, EPS), custom Pantone color references, grading specs, and measurement charts.
- Order Execution Records: Sampling feedback, approved sample photos, custom trims and woven label specifications, commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading documentation.
- Website Technical Log Data: Non-personally identifiable diagnostic logs, general geographical location by country/city, browser type, and page access sequences to optimize user experience.
03 Purpose of Data Processing
Every piece of data transmitted to ALEZ Industry is utilized exclusively for legitimate business and export fulfillment purposes:
- Preparing itemized FOB or CIF price quotes, sample cost evaluations, and fabric yardage assessments within 24 hours.
- Operating cutting, sublimation printing, digital printing, embroidery, stitching, and finishing processes in strict adherence to client specifications.
- Booking international air freight or ocean freight logistics with worldwide commercial carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, or ocean freight forwarders).
- Maintaining accurate customs declarations, export certificates, and compliant commercial invoicing according to international trade authorities.
04 Protection of Intellectual Property & Tech Packs
Our overseas clients trust us with original athletic apparel designs before they hit retail shelves. We enforce stringent internal intellectual property protection measures across all production lines:
Guaranteed Non-Disclosure & Pattern Integrity
Your tech packs, proprietary fabric blends, and branding artwork are stored on secure internal servers accessible only by assigned production coordinators and pattern cutters. We never reuse your patterns, resell excess overruns bearing your trademarks, or display unreleased collections to competitor brands. Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are happily signed upon request prior to tech pack sharing.
05 Data Disclosures to Essential Service Providers
We strictly do not rent, monetize, or barter buyer business data. Controlled data sharing occurs solely with trusted infrastructure and logistics partners strictly required to execute orders:
- Logistics & Courier Partners: Freight carriers receive consignee addresses, contact names, and phone numbers strictly to complete customs clearance and delivery.
- Secure Cloud Infrastructure: Encrypted hosting providers and network security systems to protect the digital transmission of technical files.
- Customs & Trade Authorities: Regulatory bodies in Pakistan and your destination port as mandated by cross-border trade laws and textile export compliance.
