03 Technical Specifications & Production Realities

05 Client Intellectual Property & NDA Protections
ALEZ Industry operates under strict non-disclosure manufacturing principles. When client partners provide custom apparel sketches, vector graphics, tech packs, CAD patterns, or proprietary logos, the buyer warrants full legal authorization and intellectual property ownership over those assets.
We hold zero intellectual property claim over client designs. Your tech packs, custom trims, graded patterns, and custom-branded artwork are utilized solely for the precision fabrication of your designated production runs. We never distribute, replicate, or offer client-customized apparel to unauthorized third parties.
06 Factory Content & Digital Property Rights
All visual documentation, factory floor photography, proprietary cutting-room specifications, site design architecture, iconography, and textual explanations displayed across this website remain the registered intellectual property of ALEZ Industry. Re-hosting, digital framing, or commercial redistribution of our operational imagery or technical write-ups without direct written authorization from management is prohibited.
07 External Digital Gateways & Third Parties

These terms and all preliminary negotiations through this digital interface shall be governed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the substantive commercial laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with exclusive primary venue established in the competent commercial courts of Sialkot, Punjab.
