Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

ALEZ Industry is a 100% direct manufacturer with its own production facility in Sialkot, Pakistan. There are no agents, brokers or third-party markups, so buyers communicate directly with the team that cuts, prints, stitches and inspects their garments.

What is your minimum order quantity?

The MOQ is 20 pieces per design. This allows startup brands, clubs and established labels to test new styles before scaling to larger production runs.

Can I visit the factory in Sialkot?

Yes. International buyers are welcome to visit the Sialkot facility for audits, product development meetings or production checks. Visits are arranged in advance with the team.

What are your payment terms?

A 70% advance payment starts production and the remaining 30% plus shipping is due before dispatch. Accepted methods are Bank Transfer, PayPal, Payoneer, Wise and Western Union.

How long does production take?

Orders under 1,000 pieces take 7 to 10 working days after sample approval. Larger quantities take 12 to 15 working days. Rush production can be discussed based on capacity.

Do you offer private label and custom branding?

Yes. Options include woven labels, neck labels, hang tags, heat-transfer logos, sublimation, embroidery, printed polybags and custom-branded cartons.

What fabrics do you work with?

Common fabrics include polyester, nylon, spandex blends, mesh, fleece, French terry, organic cotton, recycled polyester (rPET) and bamboo blends. Specific fabrics can be sourced to the buyer's specification.

What printing methods are available?

Available decoration methods include sublimation printing, screen printing, heat transfer, DTF (direct-to-film) and embroidery. The team recommends the most suitable method for each design and fabric.

Q1 What fabric is used in the product? What features does it offer? Can you provide the fabric composition?

Our fabrics are 100% polyester, polyester/nylon, and spandex/polyester blends. Common fabric weights are 220/160/240/180 grams. They feature odor resistance, antibacterial properties, quick-drying capabilities, and four-way stretch functionality.

Q2 Are your sizes Asian sizes or European/American sizes? Can you provide a detailed size chart?

We offer both Asian and European/American sizing, and customers can use our standard sizes. We can also produce custom sizes based on measurements provided by the customer!

Q3 Do you offer custom designs, colors, and logos? What is the MOQ and production lead times?

We offer custom designs, colors, and logos with a minimum order quantity of 5 pieces and provide sample production. Sample orders take approximately 7 days from order placement to shipment, while bulk orders require 9-20 days!

Q4 Are flatlock or reinforced seams used at stitching points? Are seams smooth to avoid skin abrasions?

All products feature reinforced flatlock stitching to prevent skin abrasions during training and resist tearing or damage from pulling.

Q5 Has it obtained environmental or safety certifications such as OEKO-TEX, GRS, or CE?

All fabrics used in our products have obtained environmental safety certifications such as CE, fully complying with environmental and human safety standards.

Q6 What is the quality inspection process, and what is your return, exchange, or compensation policy?

All our products undergo eighteen production processes and three quality inspection procedures from manufacturing to shipment. Should any post-sale issues arise, such as product shortages or quality defects, we support returns and refunds.
